Vision interdental brushes are an alternative to the normal “TePe shaped” brushes available in the supermarkets.
- Vision interdental brushes have a thicker, stronger, more robust wire which is less likely to deform and bend when you use them.
- The wire is pre-curved to help guide the brush through the space and away from the gum to stop them getting stuck.
- There is no plastic handle so there is less to fit your mouth.
How to use Vision interdental brushes
Although Vision interdental brushes do not have a handle, and so look awkward to use, most patients find them easier to use than the TePe style.
- Instead of holding a handle, you should grip the bristled part of the brush
- Point the curve away from the gum
- Feed the bristles through the space between your teeth
- Pull the wire to gently the brush back out

Which size do I need?
It is likely that you will need several different size brushes so start with a trial pack to begin with. The trial pack has one brush of each size, so you can try them to see where they fit. The largest brush that fits in a particular space is the correct brush to use for that space. Once you know which brushes fit, then you can order more of the correct sizes.
